The Cooper Companies Expands Share Buyback Program by $200M
The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NYSE: COO) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $200.0 million of common stock under the existing share repurchase program. With this approval the Company is now authorized to repurchase up to $500.0 million of its common stock. The program has $261.5 million of remaining availability and no expiration date.
