STAG Industrial Reports Purchase, Leasing Activity for November

 STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company")

, a company focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, today announced its acquisition and leasing activity for November 2013. o Acquisitions In November, the Company acquired three warehouse and distribution facilities containing a total of 1.2 million square feet for approximately $32.6 million.  These properties are located in North Jackson, Ohio, Mebane, North Carolina, and Shannon, Georgia.  The properties are 100% leased with a weighted average lease term remaining of over 5 years. For the year to date, the Company has acquired 33 industrial facilities consisting of approximately 7.3 million square feet for approximately $290 million. o Leasing  In November, the Company signed one new lease consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet located in Wichita, Kansas and one renewal consisting of approximately 18,000 square feet located Elkhart, Indiana. For the year to date, the Company has signed 17 new and expansion leases and 11 renewal leases for a total of 3 million square feet.
