Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Patent License Agreement with Panasonic Corporation

announced today that its Optimum Power Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a patent license and settlement agreement with Panasonic Corporation

. This agreement resolves all claims between Optimum Power Solutions LLC and Panasonic Corporation arising out of the patent litigation pending in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
