Shares of Vringo Move Over $3 Level as Co. Says Court Will Issues Decision on ZTE Litigation on Dec. 17th

today announced that the infringement hearing for European Patent 1,186,119, which Vringo's wholly-owned subsidiary, Vringo Germany GmbH, has asserted against ZTE Corporation and its German subsidiary ZTE Deutschland GmbH, has concluded.  The Court stated that it would render its decision on December 17, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. German local time.  The asserted patent is related to 3G infrastructure equipment.
