NIC Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.35 Per Share
NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), the dominant provider of official state eGovernment services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.35 per share on October 28, 2013, payable on January 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 8, 2013. The dividend payout will total approximately $23.0 million based on the current number of shares outstanding.

Since 2007, NIC has paid more than $149 million to stockholders in the form of special cash dividends.
