announced today that its Accuhale LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement regarding pressurized metered dose inhalers with AstraZeneca LP

, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, AstraZeneca Dunkerque Production SCS and AstraZeneca AB. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
