today reported that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend from $0.40 per share to $1.00 per share, and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.00 per common share payable on November 29, 2013 to shareholders of record as of November 15, 2013. “This dividend increase reflects our confidence in the strength of CF Industries' business model and is part of our ongoing commitment to build long term shareholder value,” said Stephen R.
