Onavo Co-Founder and CEO Guy Rosen announced on the company's blog Sunday
that his company has been acquired by Facebook
FB. Reportedly, Facebook paid more than $100 million to acquire the Israeli data compression company.
Facebook closed at $49.51 Monday, a gain of $0.40.
Coldwater Creek to Explore Strategic AlternativesThe Strategic Alternatives:
Coldwater Creek
CWTR announced Monday that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors will consider a broad range of strategic alternatives, including a sale or merger of the company. Perella Weinberg Partners is serving as an advisor to the Board.
Coldwater Creek closed at $1.26 during regular trading hours Monday, and lost 28% after-hours.
