Vringo, Inc.
VRNG, a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of intellectual property and mobile technologies, today provided a scheduling update on litigation between its wholly owned subsidiary, Vringo Germany GmbH, and ZTE Corporation, China and its German subsidiary, ZTE Deutschland GmbH (ZTE), in Germany. On October 9, 2013, Vringo was notified that the hearing on infringement that was scheduled for October 15, 2013 will now take place on November 12, 2013. The pleadings, filed in the District Court of Mannheim, alleges infringement of the German part of European Patents 1,186,119 and 1,212,919. Declarations have been filed at the European Telecommunications and Standards Institute (ETSI) that cover the patents. ZTE's accused devices are believed to fall within the scope of the patents.
