SFX Entertainment Prices 20M Share IPO at $13.00/Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SFX Entertainment

today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by SFX Entertainment. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "SFXE" on October 9, 2013. SFX has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount to cover over-allotments, if any.
