Acacia Subsidiary Enters Into Patent License and Settlement Agreement with Zultys, Inc.

announced today that its Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC subsidiary has entered into a patent license and settlement agreement with Zultys, Inc. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
