Nokia (NYSE: NOK) jumped 38.21% to $5.39 after the company agreed to sell its cellphone business to Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) for 5.44 billion euros ($7.2 billion).

Stereotaxis (NASDAQ: STXS) rose 15% to $4.05. Stereotaxis completed the renewal of its revolving credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank.

ENGlobal (NASDAQ: ENG) moved up 13.70% to $1.35 after the company finalized the sale of Gulf Coast Operations to Furmanite unit.

Alcatel-Lucent SA (NYSE: ALU) shares jumped 11.28% to $2.87. Alcatel-Lucent's PEG ratio is 0.20.
