Acacia Subsidiary Enters Settlement Agreement with Google

Acacia Research Corporation

announced today that its Brilliant Optical Solutions LLC subsidiary and Google Inc.

have entered into an agreement that resolves the dispute between the parties currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Civil Action No. 4-12-cv-00356.
