Acacia Subsidiary Announces Settlement Agreement with Meijer

announced today that its Express Card Systems LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Meijer, Inc. The settlement agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
