US stock futures are lower this morning, as investors are awaiting consumer sentiment data. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average tumbled 27 points to 15,457.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 4.50 points to 1,679.50. Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 7.75 points to 3,042.25. US stocks closed mostly higher on Thursday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.09% to 15,555.61, the S&P 500 index gaining 0.26% to 1,690.25 and the Nasdaq 100 index surging 0.71% to 3,605.19. The Reuter's/University of Michigan's consumer sentiment index for July will be released at 9:55 a.m. ET. Starbucks
