OKS
today increased the partnership's quarterly cash distribution by 0.5 cents to 72 cents per unit from 71.5 cents per unit, effective for the second quarter 2013, resulting in an annualized cash distribution of $2.88 per unit. The distribution is payable Aug. 15, 2013, to unitholders of record as of Aug. 5, 2013. "This distribution increase further demonstrates our commitment to deliver value to our unitholders," said John W. Gibson, chairman and chief executive officer of ONEOK Partners. "We expect our previously announced investments of approximately $4.7 billion to $5.2 billion for natural gas and natural gas liquids growth projects through 2015 to allow us to continue increasing unitholder distributions."
