Engility Awarded Prime Position on $854 million Multiple Award Contract to Provide Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management Support to the U.S. Marine Corps

today announced that it has been selected as a prime contractor for a multimillion dollar award to provide logistics support services to the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA. “This is a significant win for Engility and we are extremely pleased to enhance our supply chain services and logistics management work on this vitally important U.S. Marine Corps program,” said Engility CEO Tony Smeraglinolo. “This award reflects the strong relationship we have with the U.S. Marine Corps and underscores our superior past performance in providing supply chain services and logistics management support worldwide to the U.S. Department of Defense and other Federal government agencies. We are proud to support the United States Marines with this mission.” This new indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a value of $854 million if all options are exercised and features a one-year base period of performance and four one-year options. The Marine Corps Logistics Support Services Contracts are performance based multiple award contracts with provisions for firm-fixed-price, time and material, and cost-plus- fixed-fee task orders. Engility will provide experienced logisticians, trainers, and IT specialists, to perform/support supply chain services and logistics management globally. These efforts will contribute to the overall readiness and sustainability of the Corps and its ability to respond to emerging requirements.
