has increased current spot market base prices for all carbon flat-rolled steel products by a minimum of $25 per ton. Effective immediately, the company will now be quoting the following minimum base prices for new orders: Minimum Base Prices for New Orders Hot Rolled: $675 per ton Cold Rolled: $775 per ton Hot Dipped Galvanized: $795 per ton AK Steel AK Steel produces flat-rolled carbon, stainless and electrical steels, primarily for automotive, infrastructure and manufacturing, construction and electrical power generation and distribution markets.
