News Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXA) dropped 9.88% to $29.37 after the company split its business into two companies.
NTS (NYSE: NTS) dipped 10.78% to $1.40.
Fleetmatics Group PLC (NYSE: FLTX) traded down 3.40% to $32.10 after the company filed to sell 7 million ordinary shares for holders.
Document Security Systems (NYSE: DSS) dropped 13.91% to $1.98 after the company completed its merger with Lexington Technology Group.
