DCO
(“Ducommun” or the “Company”) today announced that, as of July 1, 2013, it will be added to the Russell 2000 Index. “Ducommun is pleased to announce that, given the Company's improved performance and higher market cap, our stock has been added to the Russell 2000 Index as part of its annual portfolio rebalancing,” said Anthony J. Reardon, chairman, president and chief executive officer. “We continue to focus on sustainable long-term growth, margin expansion, and free cash flow generation with a view to strengthening our balance sheet and long-term fundamentals. We welcome the opportunity to attract a broader audience of investors to our vision, our value, and our potential.” The Russell 2000 Index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. The Russell 2000 is a subset of the Russell 3000 Index representing approximately 10% of the total market capitalization of that index. It includes approximately 2000 of the smallest securities based on a combination of their market cap and current index membership.
