MeetMe (NYSE: MEET) skyrocketed 37.83 percent to $1.53 after the company projected Q2 revenue of around $9.0 million, an increase of about 15 percent on a sequential basis.

Oxford Resource Partners (NYSE: OXF) jumped 22.85 percent to $2.58 after the company successfully completed refinancing.

CombiMatrix (NASDAQ: CBMX) rose 44.20% to $3.88 after the company received approval from New York State Department of Health to market miscarriage analysis test.

Crown Media Holdings (NASDAQ: CRWN) soared 17.31 percent to $2.44 on no particular news. Shares of the company opened 10 percent higher at $2.05 on Monday and shot up mid-day Tuesday.

Allot Communications (NASDAQ: ALLT) gained 14.15 percent to $13.06 after the company announced it has secured orders from three of the world's top ten telecommunication operators to assist in their LTE network rollouts. The three orders underscore Allot's position as one of the world's leading providers of service optimization solutions for 4G/LTE.

E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) shot up 9.16 percent to $6.78. After testing and failing to breakout over resistance at $8 last week, shares of Dang have plunged nearly 26 percent over the last four trading sessions. Traders seem to be buying the dip today as it seems the $6 support level held.

Oncolytics (NASDAQ: ONCY) traded up 7.73 percent to $2.66 after research showed that Oncolytic's formulation of the reovirus replicates particularly well in cancer cells, presenting attractive opportunities for the company to grow.
