Goldman Sachs lowered its copper outlook. The bank slashed its three-month view to $7,000 a ton versus $7,500 a ton, its six-month outlook to $6,600 versus $8,000 a ton, and its twelve-month estimates to $6,600 versus $7,000 a ton.
