today announced the closing of its U.S. initial public offering of 1,100,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), with each five ADSs representing one share of the company's common stock, at a price to the public of US$8.38 per ADS. The gross proceeds to the company from the U.S. initial public offering were $9,218,000, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the company. The company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 165,000 ADSs at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. Maxim Group LLC and The Benchmark Company, LLC acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering. This offering was made only by means of a prospectus.
