US stock futures are mixed this morning, as investors are awaiting economic data and earnings from Apple

. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 10 points to 14,489.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 1.70 points to 1,554.20. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 1.25 points to 2,798.50. US stocks closed higher on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.14% to 14,567.17, the S&P 500 index surging 0.47% to 1,562.50 and the Nasdaq 100 index rising 0.86% to 3,233.55. The ICSC-Goldman comparable store sales index will be released at 7:45 a.m. ET, while the Johnson Redbook Retail Sales Index will be released at 8:55 a.m. ET. The Markit PMI manufacturing index flash for April will be released at 8:58 a.m. ET, while the FHFA house price index for February will be released at 9:00 a.m. ET.
