Raven Industries Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.15 to $0.12/Share

Raven Industries, Inc.

announced today that its board of directors has approved a 14 percent increase in the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to 12.0 cents per share. The dividend is payable April 25, 2013, to shareholders of record on April 10, 2013. This is Raven's 27^th consecutive annual cash dividend increase.
