T Rowe Price Raised Dividend from $0.34 to $0.38

T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TROW) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share payable March 27, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2012. The quarterly dividend rate represents a 12% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.34 per share. This will mark the 27th consecutive year since the firm's initial public offering that the company will have increased its regular annual dividend.
