Stocks Hitting 52-Week Lows

MELA Sciences (NASDAQ: MELA) shares fell 15.38% to touch a new 52-week low of $1.43. MELA Sciences priced an underwritten offering of 6.1 million shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.30 per share.

VMware (NYSE: VMW) shares touched a new 52-week low of $76.21. VMware announced its plans to acquire Virsto Software for an undisclosed price.
