Gentiva Board Names Rod Windley Executive Chairman

announced today that the Board of Directors named Rod Windley as the executive Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Windley currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 2006, and has 35 years of healthcare services experience.  Tony Strange will continue to serve as Gentiva's Chief Executive Officer and President.
