Staples Appears to be Getting Ready to Sell Apple Products

Staples (NASDAQ: SPLS) appears to be preparing to sell Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) products, with this listing on Staples.com for Apple TV for $49.99.

A Staples sales representative said the item was not available on Sunday, but expected it would be in stock on Monday. He said other Apple products would be available in the future. The manager of the Staples store in Apple's backyard of Cupertino, CA, said she was unaware of the Apple TV or any Apple hardware being sold through Staples.
