announced Tuesday, the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $20.13 per share. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Alnylam. The offering is expected to close on or about January 22, 2013, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. J.P.
