Diodes (NASDAQ: DIOD) agreed to buy BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing (NASDAQ: BCDS) for around $151 million. Diodes shares gained 0.65% to close at $16.91 yesterday, while BCD shares jumped 85.93% to $7.40 in after-hours trading.
Matson (NYSE: MATX) announced its plans to buy the assets of Reef Shipping for undisclosed sum. Matson shares fell 1.40% to close at $24.59 yesterday.
Medifast (NYSE: MED) appointed Joseph Kelleman as its new interim Chief Financial Officer. Medifast shares gained 0.39% to $25.60 in the after-hours trading session.
Emerson Radio (AMEX: MSN) extended licensing agreement with Funai Corporation until March 31, 2015. Emerson Radio shares declined 4.15% to close at $1.7157 yesterday.
Mission West Properties (NASDAQ: MSW) completed the sales of all of its real estate assets for an enterprise value of around $1.3 billion. Mission West Properties shares rose 0.11% to close at $9.07 yesterday.
