SYSWIN (NYSE: SYSW) entered into an agreement and plan of merger with Brilliant Strategy Limited and Brilliant Acquisition Limited. SYSWIN shares gained 1.08% to close at $1.87 on Monday.
Shares of Acorn International (NYSE: ATV) jumped 21.26% on Monday after the company announced its plans to buy around 8 million of its shares. Acorn shares closed at $2.68 on Monday.
Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA (NASDAQ: ASPS) completed its earlier announced spin-offs of Altisource Residential and Altisource Asset Management. Altisource shares dropped 1.11% to close at $86.62 on Monday.
Shares of Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) dropped 3.94% on Monday after the company said late Friday it bought CommerceInterface for undisclosed price. Groupon shares closed at $4.63 on Monday
