Hill Int'l Wins $5M Contract from Caltrans District 8

, the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received a contract from District 8 of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to provide construction engineering and construction inspection support services on an as-needed basis on various roadway and bridge projects throughout the district, which includes Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The three-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $5.0 million. Hill's scope of work includes claims and scheduling for all roadway construction projects, and construction inspection services for the following specialty work: electrical inspection, landscape inspection, safety inspection, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) inspection, and other specialty construction inspection services.
