RLJ Lodging Trust Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.165 to $0.205/Share

RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”)

today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012. The Company's $0.205 cash dividend represents an increase of $0.04, or approximately 24%, over the prior quarter's $0.165 cash dividend.
