Acadia Healthcare Prices 10,57M Share Offering at $22.50/Share

(“Acadia” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of a registered offering of 10,576,623 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $22.50 per share. Of these shares, the Company has agreed to sell 7,000,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders have agreed to sell, collectively, 3,576,623 shares of common stock. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares of common stock, and certain of the selling stockholders, collectively, have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 533,153 shares of common stock, all at the public offering price less the underwriting discount.
