Movado Group Announces $0.75/ Share Special Cash Dividend

today announced that on November 27, 2012, the Board of Directors approved payment of a special cash dividend of $0.75 for each share of the Company's outstanding common stock and class A common stock. This dividend will be paid on December 21, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2012. Also on November 27, 2012, the Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 for each share of the Company's outstanding common stock and class A common stock. This dividend will also be paid on December 21, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2012.
