Monster Joins the Social Jobs Partnership, Making Monster Jobs Available in Facebook App for Job Hunters

new application for the Social Jobs Partnership, a collaboration between the U.S. Department of Labor, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the Direct Employers Association (DE), the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) and Facebook. Monster brings its industry leadership to Facebook's newly launched effort to aid the unemployed, underemployed and transitioning veterans, now making jobs easily available to millions of Facebook U.S. users within the new Social Jobs Partnership app. “Our participation in the Social Jobs Partnership is a continuation of Monster's strategy to expand our social presence and extend the ability for our customers and job seekers to connect to great opportunities,” said Matthew Mund, Senior Vice President Product Management for Monster Worldwide. “We're very excited to bring our unrivaled online recruitment expertise to the Social Jobs Partnership app and join Facebook in their effort to help get Americans back to work.” Monster's participation in Facebook's Social Jobs Initiative continues its media-agnostic approach to sourcing candidates for jobs.
