US stock futures are higher this morning, after upbeat results from Cisco Systems

. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 53 points to 12,770.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 6.70 points to 1,377.60. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 17.75 points to 2,578.25. US stocks closed lower on Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping 0.46% to 12,756.18, the S&P 500 index falling 0.40% to 1,374.53 and the Nasdaq 100 index declining 0.70% to 2,883.89. Data on October retail sales and the October Producer Price Index will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. The minutes of the latest FOMC meeting will be released at 2 p.m. ET. Abercrombie & Fitch Co
