HollyFrontier Corporation Announces Special $0.50 Dividend

announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 33 percent increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.20 per share from the current rate of $0.15 per share. This is the fourth increase in the regular dividend since our merger in July of 2011, representing a total increase of 166 percent. The regular dividend will be paid on December 21, 2012 to holders of record of common stock on December 10, 2012. The Company also announced today a special cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per share.
