today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 560,000 units at an initial public offering price of $5.00 per unit. Net proceeds from the offering were approximately $2.3 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Methes units, each consisting of one share of common stock, one Class A redeemable common
