China Consumer Prices Increase 1.9% In September

Chinese consumer prices increased 1.9% y/y in September, versus 2% inflation rate in August, according to official data.

China's monthly producer price index fell 3.6% y/y in September, from 3.5% drop in August. However, economists were expecting PPI to drop 3.4%.
