Boardwalk Pipeline Partners Prices Public Offering of 10M Units at $26.99

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP

(the “Partnership”) today announced that it has priced the public offering of 10,000,000 common units at $26.99 per unit. The Partnership expects the offering to close on October 10, 2012. The Partnership has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common units.
