(the “Company” or “Quest”) today announced that Quest's stockholders approved the acquisition of Quest by Dell Inc. (“Dell”) at the meeting of Quest's stockholders held today. Closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction and waiver of remaining closing conditions.
