Susser Petroleum Partners (NYSE: SUSP), a wholesale distributor of motor fuels primarily to Susser Holdings, priced its 9.5 million share IPO at $20.50, within the expected $19-$21 range.

Susser Petroleum Partners is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol "SUSP" on Thursday.
