Flowserve Corp Prices $500M Senior Notes Due 2022

Flowserve Corporation

today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.500% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes"), at a price equal to 99.615% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes.  The company anticipates that the offering will close on or around September 11, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
