Annaly Capital Management Prices 16M Shares at $25

Annaly Capital Management, Inc.

today announced that it has priced a public offering of 16 million shares of its 7.50% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series D Preferred Stock”), liquidation preference $25.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $400 million. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about September 13, 2012.
