MTS Systems Settling with US Attorney's office for $7.75M

, a leading global supplier of high performance test systems and position sensors, is pleased to announce that the U.S. Attorney's Office has signed the settlement agreement previously referenced in the Company's July 31, 2012 press release.  The U.S. Attorney's Office has concluded its investigation, and this settlement resolves all civil and criminal liabilities.  The $7.75 million settlement cost will be paid in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.
