Cyclacel Announces Reverse 1-for-7 Stock Split

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

today announced a 1-for-7 reverse stock split of its shares of common stock, which will be effected today at 5:00 pm. The reverse stock split, which was unanimously approved by the Company's Board of Directors, was previously approved by its shareholders at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 23, 2012.
