A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts

US stock futures are mostly flat this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 4 points to 13,035.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 1.70 points to 1,398.30. Nasdaq 100 futures declined 0.50 points to 2,760.50.

European markets were lower today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index fell 0.19%, London's FTSE 100 Index dropped 0.27%, French CAC 40 Index fell 0.18% and German DAX 30 index declined 0.43%. Asian markets ended lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average declining 1.17%, China's Shanghai Composite falling 0.99% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 dropping 0.80%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index declined 1.25% and India's Sensex fell 0.38%.

Analysts at JP Morgan downgraded Autodesk

from “overweight” to “neutral.” The target price for Autodesk has been lowered from $43 to $32.50. Autodesk shares dropped 21.31% to $28.10 in after-hours trading.
