, the world's largest provider of banking and payments technology, today announced that it has extended its exchange offer of: (i) its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2022, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for all outstanding 5% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “2022 Outstanding Notes”) that were issued and sold by FIS in March in a private placement offering; and (ii) its 7.625% Senior Notes due 2017, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for all outstanding 7.625% Senior Notes due 2017 (the “2017 Outstanding Notes,” and together with the 2022 Outstanding Notes, the “Outstanding Notes”) that were issued and sold by FIS in December, 2011 in a private placement offering.
